This section of our Writers’ Portal is for our writers who are not on POINT (aka most of you!). Read through the open requests below and click ‘write to her’ to be directed to a quick form to get in our system as a writer for her. After that, you’ll get an email with her details.

All letters are to be clearly marked for the recipient and mailed to TLP HQ (P.O. Box 218, Kingsville, MO 64061) within 7 days of selecting your gal.

The date listed is the date the request was first added to the Portal. If it is still listed, the girl still needs letters! Please consider filling older requests so that all ladies receive letters prompty.

What’s going on? Bella has struggled from age 10 with depression, anxiety and self-harm as well as suicidal ideation. She has mentioned trauma of an unknown source at this time. She has no feelings toward life or enjoys anything. She has no friends. Attending and finishing school is a HUGE struggle and she has no future vision for herself. Just trapped in sadness and anxiety.

What do you love most about this girl? Bella is artistic, creative and beautiful. She has an awesome sense of fashion and style.

Anything else you want to tell us? She really misses her ferrets - which we had to give up due to her depression and incompatibility with our other pets. She loves ferrets!

What’s going on? Brooke has dealt with many tragedies in her life. Her best friend Ava passed away due to a horrific dirt bike accident. Brooke fell into a depression and was put on medication. She also has an eating disorder that is ongoing and whenever she is anxious she throws up. The closest person in her life (her brother) started college this fall.

What do you love most about this girl? Brooke is the most caring, thoughtful, and strongest person I know. She’d do anything for anyone including animals or insects she would take them in and save their lives. She’s the person you can always count on for a laugh. She is so loved and smart.
