Our community of letter writers sends each request at least 20 handwritten, thoughtful letters addressed to the individual’s unique situation. From a bad haircut, to a breakup, to a death in the family, we’ve written letters to it all - no situation is too big or small for The Letter Project community to support.
So, how does it work?
Submit a request via the form below. We review requests often and our team will approve or deny your request. If you’re denied, you’ll hear back within one week. If you’re approved, hang tight as we move your request through the process!
Approved letter requests are made available to our letter writers every week.
Writers sign up for the ones they jive with & put pen to paper with beautiful, kind words of encouragement.
Letters are mailed to TLP HQ for review & packaging - the magic comes together.
TLP mails the bundle of 20+ letters to the requestor with bright, fun, and kind goodness galore!
Requestor gives to recipient - and bam! empowered letter love from us to you.
Note: The entire process from a request being made live to our community & letters being in the hands of the requestor takes 4-6 weeks! It’s well worth the wait.

While we want to support and write to all submitted requests, we’re a small (but growing!) team. If your request is denied at this time, you are welcome to submit again in the future.
