We are a female organization.
Everywhere in the world, girls and women face inequalities. The Letter Project was founded by and continues to be entirely run by women. We feel called to remind girls and women that they are enough and they are not alone.
We are a faith-based organization.
We were founded on a Christian belief system with the goal to spread simple human kindness. “Let us not grow weary of doing good.” (Galatians 6:9) We welcome any and all female-identifying letter writers, regardless of faith or religious ideology.
We build each other up
Everything we do revolves around our belief that we flourish by supporting each other. We believe in seeing the good in one another first.
We collaborate; we don't compete
We have enough, we do enough, we are enough. We believe there is enough good in this world to go around.
